Breathe2Achieve is my tailored, one-on-one coaching program that teaches you the key fundamentals of using your breath and mind to self-regulate your daily stress and anxiety, maximise your sleep, and significantly enhance your performance on and off the field.

The program includes four one-on-one calls with Ed covering four key modules: Breathwork Fundamentals, Breathwork for Stress and Anxiety, Breathwork for Sleep and Breathwork for Performance. The program also includes a personalised daily breathwork plan, 6x BreathingByEd pre-recorded Breathwork Sessions and weekly check-ins with Ed.
