Breathe2Achieve is my tailored 1-1 coaching program which teaches you the key fundamentals of using your breath to overcome daily stress and anxiety, maximise sleep and significantly enhance performance!

The program includes 4x 1-1 calls with Ed covering 3 key modules - stress & anxiety, sleep and performance, a personalised daily breathwork plan, 6x BreathingByEd pre-recorded Breathwork Sessions and weekly check-ins with Ed.

The PeakAir Program

The PeakAir Program is a collection of everything I have learned over the past five years as I have explored how to use my breath to maximise my athletic performance both on and off the pitch.

 

It's everything I wish I knew when playing high-level soccer in the UK.

 

It's everything I use daily to cultivate calm and maximise my performance on and off the pitch using my breath.

A 3-week program, with 3x 1-1 60-minute live group sessions and a whole host of theoretical knowledge, scientifically proven breathing exercises and ideas from fellow peers to be enjoyed.
